How to Set Up and Upload Your Designs

This guide explains how to prepare your greeting card artwork correctly and upload it to your Connect account for fast, easy ordering.

Having Your Artwork Print Ready

We recommend designing your greeting cards using professional software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop. Free design software can also be used, provided your artwork is created in CMYK colour mode with a resolution of 300dpi.

Please ensure all artwork includes the required bleed.

  2. Drag and drop your ready-to-print JPG or PNG file into the upload box, or click to browse and select your file.
  3. You will then see a preview screen where you can review the fold line and bleed area.
  4. If everything looks correct and no important details are at risk of being cut off, click “Next” to continue.

Save and Order Your Artwork

Give your artwork a title and reference name so it is easy to find later. You will also need to upload a preview image of your design to help identify it quickly.

On the next page, click “Submit”. Your artwork will then be saved to your account and ready to order whenever needed.

To view, remove, or order any saved designs, click the “Artwork” tab in the top menu. This will display all uploaded cards.

To place an order, click the “Order This Card” button beneath the design and it will be added to your shopping cart. You can access your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon in the top-right corner of the page.
