Connect is ideal for greeting card publishers, independent designers, retailers, Shopify stores, WooCommerce stores, eBay sellers and other creative businesses.
Which platforms do you integrate with?
Connect currently integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay. We are continually developing additional integrations as Connect grows.
Which card sizes do you offer?
Square, A5 and A6 greeting cards are currently available.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one card or thousands.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. There are no monthly subscriptions or setup fees.
Can I upload my own inner message?
Yes. You can upload your own inner message artwork or create one using the built-in inner message designer.
Are orders white label?
Yes. There is no You Said It branding included with your customer orders.
Where are the cards printed?
Every greeting card is printed and dispatched from our production facility in Carlisle, Cumbria.
Do you dispatch the same day?
Yes. Orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day.
Can I try Connect before moving all my orders?
Yes. There is no subscription or minimum order, so you can begin with a single design or customer order and increase usage when you are ready.
Do I need to connect an online store?
No. Store integrations can simplify fulfilment, but you can also place orders manually whenever you need.
What card stock do you use?
We print on premium 330 GSM card stock that is coated on one side only, giving it the feel of a heavier card while keeping the inside smooth and easy to write on. The card is made from renewable paperboard using leftover wood parts and is fully recyclable.
Are your cards recyclable?
Yes. Our greeting cards are fully recyclable and printed on renewable paperboard. The card stock is produced using leftover wood parts, with only fresh fibres used during production.
Can I add my own QR code to my cards?
Yes. You can add your own QR codes to your card designs, whether you’d like to link customers to a video message, your website, social media, or another destination. Please note that the small QR code on the back of our cards is used internally for our dispatch process and won’t open when scanned.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only dispatch orders within the UK due to international postage reliability and additional regulations involved with overseas fulfilment.
