Follow the steps below to complete the task confidently and check that everything is working as expected.
Connect securely through WooCommerce.
Bring eligible orders into Connect.
Review artwork and place the order.
Before you start
These quick checks will help you avoid the most common setup problems.
You may need to sign in to WordPress during authorisation.
Include https:// and the correct domain.
Artwork should already exist for automatic SKU matching.
WooCommerce and Connect SKUs should be identical.
Connect WooCommerce
Open the Link Store page
Go to Profile and choose Link Store.

Enter your website URL
Click Connect to WooCommerce, enter the full website URL including https://, then click Authorise.

For example: https://www.example.com/
Approve access in WooCommerce
Your WordPress site will show the WooCommerce authorisation screen. Sign in if needed and click Approve.

Sync and open orders
Open Store Orders
Return to Connect and choose Store Orders.

Sync processing orders
Click Sync Orders. WooCommerce orders may take up to five minutes to appear.

Confirm the WooCommerce status is Processing, wait up to five minutes and sync again.
Open the order
Hover over the order number and click Process.

Check and fulfil the order
Check the artwork match
Connect selects artwork automatically when the SKU matches. Choose or upload artwork if no match is found.

Place the order
Check envelope, postage and totals, then click Place Order.

Remove or skip items
Use the red X for individual non-card items, or Skip Order for the full order.

Helpful tips
Only eligible processing orders are imported.
WooCommerce syncing may not be immediate.
Always confirm that the selected artwork is correct.
Outdated WooCommerce or security plugins can affect authorisation.
