Connect is a UK print-on-demand greeting-card fulfilment service. You upload artwork or connect a supported store, and we print, pack and dispatch orders directly to your customer under your brand.

No. There is no setup fee or monthly subscription for the standard service. You pay for cards, VAT where applicable and postage.

Square cards folded to 15 × 15cm, A6 cards folded to 14.8 × 10.5cm and A5 cards folded to 21 × 14.8cm.

A6 cards are £1.00 plus VAT, Square cards are £1.15 plus VAT and A5 cards are £1.25 plus VAT. Postage is separate.

No. You can order a single card.

Shopify, WooCommerce and eBay. Orders can also be placed manually.

Use the same SKU on your store product and the artwork in Connect. Imported orders can then select the matching artwork automatically.

Eligible orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day.

Options can include Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. Current options and prices appear at checkout.

Connect currently fulfils UK delivery addresses only.

Yes. Orders are dispatched without You Said It marketing material.

Yes. Use the built-in editor or upload an inner-message design where available.

Use print-ready JPG or PNG artwork at 300 DPI and the correct dimensions including bleed.

Contact support immediately. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

Check the dispatch date and selected service. Contact support after the expected delivery period and we will review it.

We print on premium 330 GSM card stock that is coated on one side only, giving it the feel of a heavier card while keeping the inside smooth and easy to write on. The card is made from renewable paperboard using leftover wood parts and is fully recyclable.

Yes. Our greeting cards are fully recyclable and printed on renewable paperboard. The card stock is produced using leftover wood parts, with only fresh fibres used during production.

Yes. You can add your own QR codes to your card designs, whether you’d like to link customers to a video message, your website, social media, or another destination. Please note that the small QR code on the back of our cards is used internally for our dispatch process and won’t open when scanned.

Currently, we only dispatch orders within the UK due to international postage reliability and additional regulations involved with overseas fulfilment.
